Parking

Caboolture Suites - the suites are located across the road from the hospital. There is free onsite parking here. There is also paid parking at the multi-level carpark on the hospital campus.

Bribie Island Suites - there is onsite parking off Fortune Ave.

Arrival

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your appointment schedule so we can check you in to be ready for the consultation. Please also bring with you:

Referral letter from your GP or specialist.
Medicare card, pension card or DVA card.
Private health insurance information.
Investigations: X-rays, ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, blood tests, etc.
A list of your medications.

Consultation fees will be discussed by reception when you make an appointment, and payment can be made by EFPTOS, Credit Card or cash.

Direct electronic rebates to your bank account from Medicare can be submitted if you are registered with Medicare and they have your bank details.

Patients registered with Veteran Affairs will be billed directly to DVA, and no out of pocket expenses will be incurred.
